Cut #49 Handcut Bear Cowboy, #49A Die Cut Bear Cowboy

The original Bear Cowboy cut (#49), created freehand with scissors and inspired by The Amazing Paper Cuttings of Hans Christian Andersen, was cut from A4 printer paper and mounted on green cardstock.

Hand cut Bear Cowboy

The hand-cut design above was adapted into a die-cut version, Bear Cowboy #49A. It was cut from yellow cardstock and mounted on red. See the images below for the final result.

Cut #38 Remembrance Day

A cut created in honour of those who’ve made the ultimate sacrifice.

Cut from yellow cardstock and mounted on black.

Cut #36 All Hallows' Child

This paper cut was created for All Hallows’ Eve. It features a child missing a few limbs—perhaps lending it a touch of Edward Gorey’s Gashlycrumb Tinies feel.

The first version was cut from black and grey cardstock and mounted on red. I used the leftover negative pieces from that cut to assemble a second version, which was mounted on cream cardstock.
